While this site may include many of my own personal perspectives, a dose of Disney Details, and a bit of out-of-the-parks reports, it has always had, at its heart, the children who visit Walt Disney World in mind. So today, I want to start a new segment, a segment that can only succeed with your participation.
Kodak estimates that approximately four percent of the amateur, that’s most of us out there folks, photographs taken in the United States are taken at either Walt Disney World or Disneyland. With digital cameras rapidly becoming the status quo, it is only safe to assume that a number of these photographs are being taken by our children.
Kids’ Captures is going to be pictures submitted by parents that their children have taken on their trips or, if you are so inclined, photographs adults took back when they were children. The point of this on-going series is to look at the world through the eyes of the children experiencing the magic, because they have a much different take on what is worthy of being preserved forever on film and pixels. This will be the exploration of the parks from new angles, new styles, and just how our children see not only the world, but their families as well.
I hope to see the world through all of your, and your children’s, eyes very soon.
