Addendum: Mudville

The 1946 Casey at the Bat short created by Disney proved to be such a home run that a sequel was fashioned in 1954. Casey Bats Again picks up right where we were left, with Casey failing to hit the ball and losing the game, before moving away from his career to home life before rounding the base back to home again. The two films, when viewed together, give us a complete portrait of Casey (though not always a flattering one), especially since both were narrated by Jerry Colonna. Have a look for yourself.
