Some Assembly Required

Sometimes, a photograph comes along that really needs very few words. Today’s glimpse into the World of Yesterday is one such photograph.

Fondly remembered in the circles of Disney enthusiasts, this photograph was taken during the construction of EPCOT Center, and shows piles of materials for the Italy Pavilion of World Showcase. In the background the progress on the United Kingdom, Canada, Land, and Imagination pavilions can be seen. The focus point of the photograph, however, is the brilliantly quipped banner erected in the foreground.
