Ducky MoMo is my friend

Phineas and Ferb have created a lot of awesome summer projects that have held to pass the time with adventure, as well as introducing them to a whole world of people different from them. At the Phineas and Ferb play and meet area of Disney’s Hollywood Studios, where the brothers are preparing to shoot a movie, there are many nods to characters from the show and the adventures they’ve had. One such piece is this little stuffed duck.

Known as Ducky MoMo, this plush represents a character from a children’s show that runs somewhere between a cult favorite and a runaway hit. Many characters from Phineas and Ferb, including Candace, Suzy, and Major Monogram have all been shown to be fans of Ducky MoMo, even though Suzy is the only one of these individuals to be in the show’s target audience of 4 to 7 years old. This stigma actually causes Candace to dress up as Ducky MoMo in the episode “Nerds of a Feather” in order to procure some worthwhile MoMo memorabilia.

Ducky MoMo has been seen or mentioned in nine episodes to date, and continues to be a running story for many of the characters. Ducky MoMo has a place in the hearts of many Phineas and Ferb character and is ready for his big screen debut in Phineas and Ferb’s upcoming Disney’s Hollywood Studios feature film! While it may not be seem cool to be a teenager or adult in love with a childhood icon, I say hug away at that fluffy duck! After all, I still hug a mouse from time to time…
